Product Disclaimer

ADSCO Companies sells all products “AS IS”. Any legal consequences affiliated with the use of products purchased on the adsco.com website are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Any legal advice relating to products you purchase on the adsco.com website should come from your attorney.

Pricing

We diligently monitor and update the items sold on our website in an effort to maintain current and the most competitive pricing in the industry. With that said we occasionally make an error or miss an update. For this reason we reserve the right to change prices without notice. Any price discrepancy discovered on a customer order will always be dealt with professionally. If a pricing error ends up being too large for us to absorb we will contact you before shipping your order and make every effort to complete your transaction at a price that is mutually agreed upon by both parties. * All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Credit Card Transactions

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express

C.O.D. Transactions

C.O.D. charges of $14.50 will be added to the standard freight charges of all C.O.D. shipments. Payment must be in the form of a company check or cashiers check. Orders exceeding $500 will require additional verification. ADSCO Companies reserves the right to decline C.O.D. orders.

Purchasing on Terms (Subject to Approval)

ADSCO Companies will extend net 30 terms to companies with an approved credit rating. You may apply for Net Terms Purchasing with ADSCO Companies by completing our Credit Application. *Adobe® Acrobat® 7.0 or higher required. The review process of credit applications can take several days. If approved for Net Terms Purchasing all merchandise must be paid within 30 days of the ship date.

Returned Checks

ADSCO Companies charges a 5% service fee on any checks which are not honored by a client’s bank ($35.00 minimum charge). Any account that issues a returned check will be put on a cash only basis for all future transactions.

Shipping

We make every effort to ship stock orders placed by 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, the same day. Stock orders placed on weekends, or on holidays, will ship the next business day. Our standard shipping methods are Fed Ex Ground and USPS Priority Mail. Next Day and 2nd Day air delivery are available for an additional charge. Shipments utilizing Fed Ex services must include a physical address as we can not ship to P.O. boxes.

Damaged Goods

Logistics companies require that damaged packages be called to their attention at the time they are delivered and signed for by the recipient. If you receive damaged or defective items you should retain the original shipping carton with all packing materials to include the shipping label and contact our customer service department at (800) 255-8643. We will file a claim with the delivery carrier and re-ship the damaged product at no charge. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Trademarks

Certain names and logos are registered trademarks of specific companies and are used under license. Any resale, use, or other distribution of these trademarks to anyone without authorization is a trademark infringement.
