A small diameter pilot wire is molded into the stem unit for easy insertion into the tire. After insertion the properly selected patch is installed over the stem creating a permanent repair. USE IN CONJUNCTION WITH CC-6 CARBIDE CUTTERS AND UNIVERSAL PATCHES.
